When living in Helsinki, I made long daily walks in the southern parts of the city, Punavuori, Töölö, Kamppi, Eira and Kruunuhaka districts. I had a cheap crop sensor DSLR and a Canon 50mm F1.4 lens with me always just in case I see something cool.
Street photography became impossible after moving from Helsinki centre to Lapland. Buzzing city streets had more subjects than the silent dirt roads. I continued my hobby on trips abroad, but the pandemic has kept us in Finland for now.
Maybe someday I can take my camera out for a walk again.
